exporting contacts
I have about 800 contacts in Outlook 2000.
150 of these are in a catatory 'church members'. I need to export just these church members to a file so I can upload them to the church computer. How can I do this? Thanks

exporting contacts
Use the By Category view of your Contacts Folder.
Copy the Contacts in that category to their own Outlook Data File (PST file). Never export if you want your data to remain intact. -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "DA" wrote in message ...
