Hello group, I hope someone can help me prompt…. thanks in advance!
How can one add names to Outlook 2003 Contacts so their titles ( Mr & Mrs etc. ) appear when inserting the address into MS Word and/or when mail merging? I can see the Title under Details, however there is somehow not any way I can get this displayed other than in Outlook Contacts…. Even if I assign the Full Name to be: Mrs Firstname Surname …. it still doesn't get used when inserting the name and address in MS Word. Ultimately we wish to use Outlook 2003 Contacts for mail-merging ( letters & envelopes ), using the correct titles of people – is there a way around for this? Thanks and best wishes Tatia |
