![]() I not sure also why some of the contacts become RTF. Is there a possiblilies that the format for Hotmail contacts are different from Outlook 2003 contact format? Cause actually i did a testing....... i send a mail to Outlook account and from there, i save the contact address, but when i wan to send mail from Outlook to hotmail ( using the contact i just save from hotmail to Outlook), i cannot receive the mail. But when i manual type in the address for Outlook contact, i was able to receive.... Can i conclude that my inital problem ( having RTF format) is due to the difference format for my Hotmail and Outlook?
