Many of my email addresses are in the wrong field. Instead of being in the
E-Mail field, they are in the Business Phone field. Is there anyway to make a universal change to place them into the correct field? |

Is there anyway to make a universal change to place them into the correct field? How did they get there, if you didn't put them there? Did you import? Ids so, you seem to have had a field mapping error. If you still have the original source from which you imported, remove the contacts with the wrong addresses (a table view may help you see them more quickly) and reimort, properly mapping the fields this time. -- Brian Tillman |

I sync between Outlook (at work on Windows) and Addressbook (at home on Mac).
Something happens when syncing between the two of them and the "mapping" is difficult to pin-down as Addressbook has different fields from Outlook and, as far as I know, there is no "mapping" software between them. It sounds as if there is no universal "fix" except to redo everything. "Brian Tillman" wrote: Rachael wrote: Many of my email addresses are in the wrong field.
