When creating a new email, I click on the to icon and my email contacts show
up, however it also displays a seperate line with the contacts phone number and or fax. I only want a list of email addresses. Is this possible. Thanks, Randy Ver: MS Office 2003 http://picasaweb.google.com/crmartin1 http://kittenwar.com/kittens/74045/ |

Many people add an "F" to the front of the fax numbers. I doubt that other phone numbers appear, unless they're the mobile numbers, where the approach would be the same. -- Brian Tillman |
