Default distribution list and outlook contact list

Can I make a distribution list from my outlook contacts list if I have no
email or telephone info available for some of the addresses - I have the
snail mail addresses in the contact list but they don't show up in the
"select distribution members" list?

As expected. A DL is a group of electronic addresses so you can send
electronic messages to multiple recipients. There is no reason for snail
mail addresses to appear in a DL.
