Hello,
Part of our organisation has just moved from Lotus Notes to Exchange 2003. We share a company address book, which replicates using the Lotus Notes connector to our AD in a OU called "External Contacts". This all works like a charm, people can look up addresses in Outlook using the address book, and e-mail our co-workers still using Lotus Notes. The only problem is, the address is list is quite restricted for adding and using additional fields and creating views in Outlook 2003. What we want to do, is create a Contacts folder in our public folder, where we can import (or even better, synchronize) the contacts from AD. Is this possible at all? Thanks in advance for any answers. Jaap de Koning |
