It seems like a very normal process to take your Outlook contacts (select
ones) to create envelopes for mailers. I have searched the program help sources and followed the provided instructions but can not create a final product. I would assume from the instructions that a document is created in word which would be utilized for this purpose. I doing so there is all types of garbage other than name & mailing addressed included in the origin file. What can I do? Is there something I am overlooking. |

What you want is Mail Merge. http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/as...309901033.aspx for assistance.
