how do i receive blocked messages?

As of yesterday a contact cannot send me email. It says that my account has
blacklisted her for sending spam. She doesnâ€™t spam, itâ€™s totally a mistake,
but she isnâ€™t computer literate enough to fix the problem (or doesnâ€™t feel
like she is). Can I do anything from my end? Iâ€™ve been searching the help
section but canâ€™t find what I think Iâ€™m looking for.

You can speak with your ISP. It is their server blacklisting her address.
