I am familiar with Import/Export, but cannot find where Outlook "hides"

You can create a Personal Address Book in Outlook, copy your Contacts to it, and then import them with Outlook Express's FIleImportOther Address Book. You can also use Outlook's FIleImport and ExportExport to a file, and choose the comma-separated values (Windows) selection. Import that into OE with the same menu as above. -- Brian Tillman
