I'd like to keep a hard copy of my Outlook contact info (name, address,
phone, email) but cana't seem to make it work. I see that Access 2003 provides a personal address book but I have only 2000. It seem like a simple thing to expect to be able to print a hard copy of my contacts but now easy to do. Has anyone figured it out? Thanks Lorraine |

Go to your Contacts folder. Choose or customize a view using the View menu that shows the data you want to print. Choose File | Print.

Lots of options:. One of the best way to customize a printout of your
Contacts data is to use a mail merge: See: http://www.windowsitpro.com/Article/...809/25809.html and http://www.outlook-tips.net/howto/mailmerge.htm Or: http://www.slipstick.com/contacts/print.htm -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "LF in Severna Park" LF in Severna wrote in message ...
