Why can't I send bulk e-mails?
I can't send any e-mails with mulitple recipeints, CC: Or BCC: I've checked
mu firewall and it's not that. I'm stumped!

So are we. You've provided no information whatsoever. Perhaps you think we
can read minds. Well, we can't. At a minimum you should have provided your Outlook version, mail account type, error messages, and an accurate and complete description of why you "can't send any emails with multiple recipients."
