Default Adding a Spouse Birthday

In Outllok you can add a birthday that goes to your personal Calendar. You
can also add a Spouse. I want to add a birthday and company anniversary for
the employee (which I know how to do) but I also want to add the employee's
spouse's name and birthday and have it go to my personal calendar as well.
How do I make that happen?
