I get æ¥*敫攮汬潩瑴潀潰 when trying to add email addresses to contacts?

They belive it is possibly becuase I use GTD (Add-In) and MSN search. I have actually repaired Outlook and even removed and installed the GTD and MSN Search tools. (I have team members who use the same software and I am the only one who gets this) I am thinking of rebuilding my machine with Vista and seeing if that improves things.
