How do you divide an existing contact list in half, i.e., a-m and n-z?
Thanks |

Do you mean a contact folder or distribution list? I don't think there's any
reason to split a folder that way unless you're over the item number limit (16K or 64K). I'm not sure about the dist list thing "Novella" wrote in message news ![]() How do you divide an existing contact list in half, i.e., a-m and n-z? |

It is his (my boss') group of contacts. When searching for an entry, there
are so many, it takes forever to find one. I thought if I could make it into two groups, it would be easier to search and access. Thanks.
