Hello,
I've scrolled and read through keyword searches relating to my issue, and have taken the advice I see, but nothing is working: I exported my gmail contacts to Outlook 2002 SP3. I saved as a CSV file in Excel and then imported them into my Outlook Contacts folder. When I try to compose a new email using the "To" button, I can see my contacts listed in the left column (contacts folder) but when I try to add them to the To, Cc, or Bcc fields, nothing happens. A semicolon pops up in the right-hand column, as if I've added an address to that field, but the actual email address does not appear. Help? |

Aloha heartleaps,
If you look at one of the contact items, check and see what is in the E-mail address field. Make sure that it was properly imported with the e-mail address correctly placed in the e-mail address field. -Ben- Ben M.
