Outlook - Contacts in the "TO" button
Using Outlook 2003. In the "Contacts Properties" box the option "Show this
folder as an email address book" is greyed out. I have followed http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/as...771141033.aspx and http://support.microsoft.com/default...Product=ol2002 but to no avail. The problem developed while using Outlook 2000 and migrated to 2003 when I upgraded. Any ideas anyone?

Click ToolsE-mail AccountsAdd a new directory or address bookNext. Select Additional Address Books and click Next. Select Outlook Address Book. Click Next, then Finish. Stop and restart Outlook. You should now be able to check that "Show this folder" option. -- Brian Tillman
