One of the users in our enterprise cannot see the members of a distribution
list (Belonging to a Global Address Book) through the Address Book while in Outlook 2003. However, she CAN view the members if she examines the districbution list through her Contacts folder instead of using ADdress Book. We have tried to duplicate the problem through 10 other user accounts, to no avail. She is the only one we know of who is having this problem. So, my question is, is this a problem with Address Book or Outlook? And is there a solution? I was just thinking to perform a repair installation on Office 2003 to see if that would fix it. Any thoughts or other ideas? TIA! |
