Default mass emailing

Hi, I'm using Outlook 2003 business contact manager. I need to use mass
emailings to reach my sphere of influence. Do I have to use List Builder and
pay for it? I prefer to create a distribution list of 200 or so and do it
that way. I'm new to Outlook and can't seem to figure it out. Thanks for
your help in advance.
