Default Multi-line addresses in one Excel cell

When I try to export some contacts to Excel, the parts of the longer
addresses come out in one cell separated by little boxes instead of having
each part in BusinessStreet, BusinessStreet1 etc. This happens even though in
Outlook each part is on a separate line.

Sometimes the reverse happens when importing from Excel - the different
BusinessStreets come in without a proper line break.

How can I fix this?

See Eric Legault's handy tip for an Excel formula to break up the lines -- http://blogs.officezealot.com/legaul...4/08/4502.aspx
