See SRX051225600006 OL2003: contact issue. Outlool import/export
There appears to be a bug in the import/export function of Outlook 2003 when
using comma separated value files. Import/Export using CSV files from/to contacts with Outlook 2003 does not appear to work properly. File seems okay when exported from one machine but will not import properly into another.
