Default Start in "Other Contacts"

We have a shared Contacts folder for the company. When each user clicks on
Contacts in the navigation pane, it opens in the user's own contacts, which
are not used. Is it possible to open automatically in the "Other Contacts"
folder?

Outlook has no built-in feature to do that .
