Under 'Journal Options' I selected additional contacts to record items such
as e-mails, etc. I would like the past e-mails from the newly selected contacts to be inserted into my Journal. Is that possible? or does Journal only include their events(e-mail, Meetings, etc) from that point in time forward? Also, is there a way to get the "category" pull down menu to show up on my new e-mail screen? Thanks |
