How do I transfer contacts from a private to a public folder?
I've imported/exported and it says something like it cannot identify with the
root of the folder. What do I do?

Since you can't import to a folder in the Public Folders hierarchy, it's unclear what you're trying to do. Please provide more complete details, along with the exact text of the error message.

Select all the entries with CTRL-A. Click EditCopy to Folder. Specify the public folder as the destination. Click OK. -- Brian Tillman
