If I select a Category under Contacts by clicking on the bar for a particular
category and then try to do a mail merge using Only Selected Contacts, I get a message stating that No Contacts are Selected. The only way I can find to do a mail merge for a category is to manually select all the people in the category. I can create email messages by clicking on the bar for a category, so why can't I do a mail merge using the same technique? |
