Default When I send email to multiple contacts it isn't going through

I can send emails one at a time or with two or three addresses but once I go
with multiple users like a category group it says it is sent and it shows up
in the sent folder but it isn't going through. Any ideas? I am not computer
savvy at all! Thanks Cathryn
