Did you use Notepad to edit the exported .reg file and change HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\9.0\Ou tlook\Categories to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\11.0\O utlook\Categories?
