I have the same issue now, do you know if there is a "patch" already
available to solve this???, I have created several customized flags according
to my daily basis duties, but when I use the search folders to look for the
"follow up" items, MS outlook only give me the default flags again.... These
standard ones are not worthy for me...Any Idea????

If you notice, even the default names will show when you highlight the flag
on the tagged item.

After furious head scratching, Art K asked:
