Default Address Book order

Using XP and Outlook 2003. Just reformatted the hard drive and repopulated
it with data. Contacts looks great, except for the order of the name used in
the Address Book. Contact is last name first - as I like it - and Address
Bool is First Name first.

Is there an easy way to change the address book entries to be last name first?
