![]() We have distribution lists available to certain groups. HR wants to get a copy of any email sent to a particular DL without appearing on the list. I know the sender can place the DL in the bcc in order to hide the names. However I don't care who is sees member of the DL, I just don't want them to know that a copy is going to HR. When management asks you try to find a way. Thanks |

Thanks Brian.
The problem is that anyone can send a message to the distribution list. I don't want to ask the users to add HR to the bcc because HR does not want them to be aware that HR is getting a copy of the email. What I am looking to do is to automatically send a copy of any email that is sent to a particular DL to HR. Similar to setting the delivery options or forwarding options in Exchange. Is this an Exchange DL or a personal DL stored in a public folder?
