Default OUTLOOK SHOULD LET ME ALWAYS FIND A CONTACT EASILY

All day long I look up Contacts, but I always have to go into Contacts to do
it...a hot button find Contact option that is always "on" and available would
be an efficiency enhancement.

The Contact QuickFind field is in the Toolbar of every view. Does it not
suffice?
