Default Mail merge labels won't select all from outlook contacts

My mail merge worked fine with the letters, but won't merge into lables or
envelopes. All my contacts are from outlook. They show up in the dialog box,
but when I press select all, the merge labels and/or envelopes does not
happen.

Any suggestions?
