We are using Outlook 2003. I have been asked to find out if there is a way
to view contacts by first name. The user (owner & paycheck signer) would like to open his contacts and see his contacts listed by first name. Is this possible? Thanks |

In which view?
Most views can easily be sorted by First Name. Many views sort by the File As... field by default, which can also easily be configured as FN, LN. -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "Tom Bradstreet" wrote in message news ![]() We are using Outlook 2003. Russ,
I hadn't really looked through the menus until I read your response. I was using the address card view and I just modified it so the user can see the names sorted by first name. Thanks for the help.
