No folders appear in the import/export wizard
I'm trying to export my contacts from Outlook 2003 into a Dos comma delimited
file. Using the Import and Export Wizard, I select "Export to a file", then click "next". Then I select "Comma Separated Values (DOS)" and click "next". The next screen says "Select filder to export from:". Under it is an empty white box, and "next" is grayed out. I certainly have numerous folders. In fact, if I select "Personal Folder File (.pst)" instead of "Comma Separated Values (DOS)", the list of file folders does appear on the next screen. Any advice appreciated...
