Default Group contacts by categories in Select Names dialog of Outlook

G'day,
As categories are the best way to sort Contacts in Outlook and Pocket
Outlook, this should be reflected in the Select Names dialog box when
clicking on the TO: button.

Not going to happen. The Outlook Address Book has been deprecated and is not
the preferred interface for grouping or sorting Contacts. The Contacts
Folder is. Use that instead.
