I did that and it works; I used to be able to have public folders come up on
this list as well; I am not sure if this happens after I made them a "favorite" Anyways. I am trying to merge to one of these public folders???? Kevin "Sue Mosher [MVP-Outlook]" wrote: You can create a new contacts folder in Outlook with the File | New | Folder command. How do I add an new mailbox folders that Publisher can see (I don't want to use my regular contact folder)?...Kevin "Sue Mosher [MVP-Outlook]" wrote: You are correct. I overlooked that you were merging with Publisher, which I suspect suffers from the same deficiency as Word: It can't show public folders as a merge source. That leaves you with two immediate options: Port the message content to Word and try the method I suggested, or copy the data from the public folder into a mailbox folder that Publisher can see. I was looking to Merge to Publisher not word, there does not seem to be an option in Outlook for Publisher..Kevin "Sue Mosher [MVP-Outlook]" wrote: Start the merge from Outlook, in that folder, not from Word.
