I unfortunately couldn't get it to work. So you are saying that if I have my local calling information setup correctly then Outlook will include the plus. Then my question is, how can I set it up incorrectly so the plus is not inserted. I never use the modem in my laptop. Thanks.

I never use the modem in my laptop. Thanks. Well, it worked for me when I tested it. Open the phone and modem options and delete as much information about dialing as you can. See if that helps. You may have to double-click each phone number to get Outlook to remask it. -- Brian Tillman
