Default How do I import into "other" contacts, not my own?

I have editing rights for other persons contacts. I know how to import into
my own contacts, but how do I import into these other persons contacts
without being on their machine.

If you can see their contacts folder, just open it, select the contents
(CTRL-A) and use EditCopy to Folder to move it to your folder.

I'm not sure I understand, and maybe I didn't give enough details. I have an excel spreadsheet that I want to import into my CEO's contact list. I have editing rights for his contacts. I can add single contacts, but I am trying to find out how I can import this excel sheet directly into his contacts.

This is the first time you mentioned Excel. Export your Contacts to a CSV
file so you can see what format Outlook wants to see. Then edit the Excel
spreadsheet so that it looks just like the CSV format, with the same
headings and save it to a CSV. Import that CSV.
