I am running Exchange 2003 and Outlook 2003. What I am wanting is a simple
way to have a singular point for sharing contacts for all users. I am wanting every user to be able to go to the address book and view all of the company contacts. What is the best way to achieve this? |

Do you want network administrators to maintain this list? All users? Or do you want to delegate it to some individual users? Your answers should help you decide whether to maintain it in Active Directory or in an Exchange public folder or perhaps even in a SharePoint contacts list.

The best solution would probably be to allow all users to access them.
Then again, if I only wanted admins to manage it how would I accomplish either? "Sue Mosher [MVP-Outlook]" wrote: Do you want network administrators to maintain this list? All users? If you want users to maintain them, use a public folder or a SharePoin contacts list. If you don't want any easy options for user maintenance, create a new container in AD and create new contacts in it.
