Default Doesn't display contacts

A colleague of mine has created some Contacts and when you e-mail direct from
the Contacts window using the 'send e-mail to contact' icon, it works fine.

However, when you go into create a new message, click onto To and select
Contacts, they don't appear? The only thing you can see are his distribution
lists.

Any idea how this has happened and how do we rectify it??

Thank you.

If the folder in which the contacts are stored enabled as an address book?

Hmmm, if he right clicks on his Contacts folder and chooses Properties, is
the "Show this folder as an email address book" box checked on the Outlook
Address Book tab?

Hello

when you go into the Properties, there isn't an 'Outlook Address Book' tab.
It only has General and Home Page....?

There should be another whole row of tabs above those two tabs. I'd have him
double check.

These are the only tabs available. I checked his PC myself.

Very odd... Try running a Detect & Repair operation from the Help menu
