Open it up from the folder its in and click Add New

When I do that a box opens. After filling it in, the OK butt on never is
able to be clicked.

Did that but it didn't work. In fact, I have the names in my Contacts, but
they do not come up when I look for names to select.

it was in background and couldn't be clicked.
