One last question and I couldn't locate anything about it in the group.
(maybe I don't know how to search properly) - I open up address book and looking at the name column, I will find a name I want to edit. (I use lower case/last name for fellow employees so I can differenciate between personal/business. Some of these have the first letter capitalized and I then go to properties on that name and change it in the file as field|save/close. It remains first letter capitalized. Also, Can anyone recommend a good book on Outlook? I sure would like to further educate myself in these matters without pestering the group all the time. Thanks, Joe |
