Default copy address book from one computer to another

How can I transfer my address book from Outlook Express in my desktop, to
Outlook in my new laptop?
I exported the file and then e-mailed to myself, so I could download it to
my laptop. The file in now there, in My Documents, with all the correct
information. I just don't know how to make it appear in My Contacts on
Outlook. Thanks.

Assuming you have a WAB file, configure Outlook Express to use it, then use
Outlook to import the data from OE.

This was the only way I could get a question out there to you. I am a novice
and need things spelled out - don't understand abbreviations...thank you. I
want to transfer my contacts in Outlook on my desk top to my Outlook at my
new shop. I have XP on both machines. Can I copy it to a disk and then
bring it over and put it on my new machine? Thanks for your help.

You asked this in another post. Please don't multipost and certainly don't
hijack another person's topic for your own questions.
