I have many Contact folders, but only four of them appear when I click on the
address book icon by the "To" field for sending email. The same is true when I try to print labels in a mail merge sequence and click "Choose a Contact Folder." |

Right click on the 'missing' ones, choose Properties, go to the Outlook
Address Book tab and check the "Show this folder as an email address book" box "Gamos" wrote in message ...
