A few years ago I had created a user defined field "status" with Outlook
2003. Recently, we migrated to a new exchange server and now the system will not allow me to recreate that field. It says one already exists in the "all tasks" section. However, when I pull up a contact and select the "all fields" tab it shows the user defined field I created with the information I had populated. It also has the pre-exising field as well, with no information. How do I get my user defined "status" field back to show in the "phone list" view? Any help would be appreciated. |
