Hi all,
I am using Exchange server 2003. My boss is having seperate pop3 account and hence he was not added to our LAN. Now whenever i am updating my address list (I mean contacts not users). I want to send a V Card or any other possible attachment from my Exchange client so my boss can update his private outlook address book automatically. Is there any way to do this ??? Thanks in advance -- chandra Message posted via OfficeKB.com http://www.officekb.com/Uwe/Forums.a...tacts/200611/1 |

You have several choices. If you want to send one of your contacts to someone as a vCard, select the contact, then click ActionsForward as vCard. You can select more than one contact, if you wish and send the entire selection. You can also just copy your contacts folder to a new PST and send that PST to your boss, who can save it to disk and open it in Outlook. You might have to zip it first, though, or change its file extension prior to sending it. -- Brian Tillman |
