Default How do I delete contacts that aren't in a contacts folder?

I have a lot of people in my contacts folder and outlook automatically fills
them in for me. I just cc'd someone in an email and I don't know who it is.
They are not in my outlook contacts anywhere that I can find. Is there
anyway to delete that name so it doesn't pop up again?
