Why can't I get a CONTACTS folder when I create a new .PST
I'm trying to create a .PST file for my Mother-in-Law (some danger involved
here). When I create the file, and open it in Outlook, there is no CONTACTs folder. I've looked through help, and anyplace else I can find. no joy in the text. Any help? Why isn't there a contacts folder in the .pst file? How can I make it happen? I tried creating a "contacts" folder, but it really isn't a contacts folder.
