Default How can I import the ACT's address book to Outlook's contacts

I have problems in importimg ACT's address book (including tele, fax,
address, multiple email addresses..ect.) to my Outlook's Contacts. Is there
any instruction for it?
Besides, How can I keep the multiple email addesses of ACT and have them
show in OUTLOOK's CONTACTS?

Help and guidance will be much appreciated.
