Thanks for the quick reply, but I don't see that option.
When said to open Address Book, I assume you mean Contacts. The tabs across
the top a Preferences, Mail Setup, Mail Format, Spelling, Security,
Other, Delegates.
Maybe I'm on the wrong screen. Appreciate your help.

Nope. ToolsAddress Book, or click the Address Book icon on the Standard
Toolbar. In that interface, click ToolsOptions. The top-most drop down is
labeled "Show this address list first".
