Got you on your repost. -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "Bob Johnson" wrote in message ... Sorry about the omission. That would be Outlook 2003. Whenever I click to "To" or "CC" button, or key a display name I would like to default and search my Contacts list first and not the public address lists. How do I change to this? |

Thanks for the quick reply, but I don't see that option.
When said to open Address Book, I assume you mean Contacts. The tabs across the top a Preferences, Mail Setup, Mail Format, Spelling, Security, Other, Delegates. Maybe I'm on the wrong screen. Appreciate your help. "Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook]" wrote: Open the Address Book Tools Options..."Show This Address List first:" -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "Dwain" wrote in message ... In that interface, click ToolsOptions. The top-most drop down is labeled "Show this address list first". -- Brian Tillman |
